Returns and Refunds Policy

At The Snooker Shop, we’re committed to offering quality cue sports products and a high standard of customer service. Our returns and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while complying with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns on selected items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

Items excluded from change-of-mind returns include:

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Items sold as clearance or marked “final sale”

2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request photos and a description of the issue to assess the situation. Depending on the case, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

3. Cue Return Guarantee
For any Green Baize GBL or 1066 Billiards cue purchased online, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange return postage and issue a full refund, provided the cue is returned in original condition and securely packaged as it was sent.

4. How to Lodge a Return Request
To initiate a return, contact us at shop@thesnookershop.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos. We will guide you through the process and confirm whether your return is approved.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or the return is approved under our satisfaction guarantee. In some cases, we may issue a return label at our discretion.

8. International Orders
This policy applies to Australian customers. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing to confirm return eligibility based on your location.

9. Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Products showing signs of wear after use

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. chalk, gloves) once opened
